Formulation Notes & Handling

• Decarboxylation: CBDA converts to CBD when exposed to heat (decarboxylation). Control processing temperatures if you wish to preserve the acidic form.

• Pre-heat gently (warm water bath) to aid dispersion into carrier oils; avoid overheating to prevent unintended conversion.

• Use high-shear mixing or sonication for even dispersion in oil matrices and always verify homogeneity with finished-product testing.

• For water-based products use appropriate emulsifiers or nano-emulsion techniques.
