Biomass

Biomass is received dried and bucked/shucked. CanniLabs mills biomass to 2-3 mm.

Crude Oil

Crude oil is created with food-grade cryogenic alcohol extraction. The output is thick, dark oil. Crude oil is winterized and decarbed.

Distillate

Distillate oil is the process of using high-precision, pharmacy-grade wiped film short path processing equipment to remove unwanted elements and molecules such as fats, lipids while keeping only the desirable material. Output is amber and translucent distillate oil.

Hemp to Distillate

^$8 to 11^{/ lbs of Biomass}

The expected output for 1 lbs of biomass = 55 grams of Phytocannabinoid Distillate usually yielding 90% total Cannabinoids or 79-85% CBD (based on an average of 10% CBD content of biomass). Biomass must be dried to under 9% water content, shucked, and bucked. If pesticides are found, additional remediation will incur additional cost and lead time. Organic certified CBD distillate is available with certified organic hemp.

Hemp to Crude

^$4 to 6^{/ lbs of Biomass}

The expected output for 1 lbs of biomass = 70 grams of Crude usually yielding 75% Cannabinoid or 60-70% CBD (based on an average of 10% CBD content of biomass). Biomass must be dried to under 9% water content, shucked, and bucked.

Crude to Distillate
